MY10 + Buyers Guide

Hi, I'm wanting to return to the fold. Sold my 07 TDV8 a couple of years ago due as I was doing 25k miles a year. Times and job change and now looking to buy a 2010 or 2011 RRS. Looking around the forum, there is a buyers guide for up to 2009 models, but I cannot find anything for the 2010+ models.

I am happy enough about looking for the obvious things and checking service history, MOT history, HPI etc. I would be very grateful of advice on things to look out for including common issues.

Kind regards, Kenny Current - 2020 Range Rover Sport P400e

Gone - 2007 Range Rover Sport HSE TDV8 - Great car.

United Kingdom 2010 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE Santorini Black

Any idea on what engine your looking for?
If your going for a 3.0 put your foot down and look for a cloud of white smoke at 3k rpm plus.
If there is you likely need the modified oil return pipe, not a major problem.
Otherwise I would think the pre facelift guide would still be pretty relevant.

Thanks for the help. Yes it is the 3.0 that I'll be buying.
