Expansion Tank Question

I fitted after market expansion tank (Bearmach) supposed be OEM quality from UK, from first day of fitting coolant cap has never clicked when tightened it just jumped the threads, did get just tight which i thought was ok, but now now loosing coolant as just working loose, have tried the cap on old expansion tank and does click when tightened, do i get it replaced under warranty or go for the land rover manufacturer one, Living in NZ expansion tanks are very expensive,
Anyone used Bearmach parts and happy with them. Cheers

All good now supplier in UK offered full refund and taken the item off the shelf sounds like they had a few problems with the tank. Gonna buy original from rimmer bros. Cheers
