Synching contatcs from Iphone issue

Hi All, just traded in my RRS for a new 2017 model RRS. So far very pleased, A lot of upgrades especially with the sat nav & the touch screen interface.

However I'm having an issue with the contacts from my phone when synching with bluetooth.
I have an IPhone 6 which connects fine but the car seems to download every contact I have on my phone even random email addressees that I may have emailed once.
The contact list on my phone looks very different to the ones on the car contact list.
I never had this issue with my old 14 plate RRS.

Anyone else had this or a similar issue? Is there a setting on the car or phone I need to set to arrange the contacts correctly. If it helps my phone takes its contatcs from Exchnage/outlook.

To add to this.......my contacts list on my phone is in A-Z order with the names etc but the synched contacts in the car has a lot of random contacts I cant see on my phone or are just email addresses rather than actual contacts.

Is there a setting I am missing, I dint have this issue with the previous RRS.
Very weird

I have worked out now that the RRS Bluetooth is actually pulling all my contacts. Outlook/iPhone has a suggested contatcs folder & it is pulling that too. Anyone else had this issue and know how to stop it
Thanks
