There seem to be a lot of dealer smashing, "yes I've done it myself" so time for some well deserved praise.
Having just had my yearly service (120k although only at 80k) and VHC done at the dealership, I have nothing but praise for the work, the constant keeping me informed and generally giving a pleasant experience. They were busy and yet still made it feel like I was given the time of day, and not rushed in and out.
No nasty surprises, no touting for additional work, some advisories but after having them explained as being very minor and was purely something to add to the paperwork to prove that there was attention made to the car.
Overall top job guys.

I've used this dealership for purchasing & servicing my last 6 r/rs. I'm always impressed with their service. Collected my new a/b last Saturday & the handover was very good & everything done to my satisfaction. current 2015 hse dynamic, grey.
