Hi all

I recently purchased an RRS 2008 Supercharged with Rear Entertainment.

Going through the secret menu on the touch screen pressing the vehicle configuration button under line TVVarient it says TV 1 Fitted how ever i do not have a TV button on the touch screen.

Does this mean i have the TV module installed but not enabled ?

Hence looking for it physically

I'm not quite sure but I believe it's behind the flap on the nearside of the luggage compartment. Regards etc.,

only flap at the rear is on the drivers side and the hatch is small just enough to eject the 6 DVD changer for the rear entertainment.

OK, usual nearside/offside LHD/RHD confusion here. I drive on the right.
Anyway, take a peek under the flap. You should see several units attached to a cradle. BT phone, TMC receiver, TV tuner... Regards etc.,

The televiosion tuner module is located in the rear RH side of the luggage compartment.

I've got the same, I can watch DVDs but have no tv option, I can't find it anyway , I have a 2007 Range Rover tdv8 hse,
Any help would be appreciated

You may find that you need to check if your car has a digital or analogue receiver fitted, in 2014 there was also an issue with some software changes that required a visit to a dealer to fix. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

On my 05 Range Rover vogue I had the issue with the digital box but the to would still come up all fussy no pic but would still give me a tv option, on a57 plate surely digital was updated ???

Just because you have rear entertainment, doesn't mean you have a tv fitted, as that was an extra on top of the reat entertainment pack,
from the front screen you can pick what the rear screens watch by pressing the rear entertainment button, cd, dvd, aux, tv, however if you have no tv button on the main screen, then it is not installed 07,TDV8,Black, Black Heated leather all round, Rear Entertainment with Headpones & Remote, TV, DVD, Pure Dab Digital Radio, Sidesteps, Adaptive Headlights, sunroof, now working fuel burning heater )))
