Yes your probably right, just as they leave simple things like clear lens's for the facelift model?

Yes, I think there are a number of things they have left out they might add later on:

Better PTI
Clear lenses (as you say)
Different alloys
Facelift front and rear slightly
Colour coded mirrors (perhaps)
Electric Lumbar/steering wheel
TV tuner
Different Nav software L319 D4 HSE

I suppose they have to be careful not to tread on the toes of the full size Rangey by adding too many features that cross the threshold - it's not really the same gap in the the portfolio that exists between say the X3 and the X5.
