The fuses are very stiff, but you can also pop the top off and check for continuity from one half to the other. MY12 RRS HSE

Just pulled it out with a bit of a pull and wiggle.

I'd get the side trim off before you replace the fuse and disconnect the windscreen if easy.

Halfords only stock the full size ones, not the low profile ones. I've ordered a couple from Rimmer's.
