Hi

I picked up my first RRS (2015 HSE model) this weekend and am very happy with it other than one issue. The parking sensors are not working.

When I put the vehicle into reverse the rear camera comes on in the dash but no parking sensors. There is an initial long beep then no further beeps. On the camera screen there is a parking sensor icon in the top right with a line through it as though its disabled.

If I press the parking sensor button on the centre console when stationery it just flashes a few times then nothing.

I am not getting any response from the front or rear sensors.

As I have purchased the car from an independent dealer so I just want to check if its is possible that the previous owner has disabled the sensors somehow? I don't want to take it to the local Land Rover dealer to be told it is just a setting I could change myself.

I have booked it in to the dealer but have to wait two weeks for the next slot which is a bit frustrating. I'll actually have to use my mirrors to reverse for a while. Proper old school!
