2007 RRS Alpine dvd player problems

Hi Guys

My Alpine dvd changer (in boot) would not play any dvd's, just said "no Disc"
i have since sent it away to DTRonix (in milton keynes) they charge a 1 off fee to service and repair of £160 plus VAT.

Just got it back today (total turn around of about 8 days) put it back in and is now working perfectly, not a cheap fix but at least
the kids are happy again !!!!
