Brake padal feels soft

My brake pedal seems to be bit odd. In general driving I don't feel that braking is not enough and it feels fairly hard, but if I push further, it seems to go further. My first though is air in the system, but even pumping the pedal few times this don't change a lot, and it slowly can go down if I keep the pressure.
Funny thing is I cant remember if this is how the pedal felt when it was new(1 and half years ago Shocked ), could someone try this and let me know please. Bow down

Also with engine off, after few pedal presses it gets solid.
Braking under ACC is fine and stop/start turns the engine off with the brake pedal slightly pushed beyond the usual press point
I could try bleeding or talking to the dealer, What do you think?

Pedal going hard when engine is off is perfectly normal.
Air in the system is unlikely unless they've been messed with recently?
Suppose the obvious thing to check is brake fluid level?

I agree with wild that if there's a issue then it should be around master cylinder. Fluid level is ok, I am going to drop at the dealer and ask if someone could have a quick look. Thanks all.
