This is a dealership "extra" and often is a huge con as they overcharge for the polishes like nothing on earth. My current car has AutoGlym Lifeshine and I am pretty impressed with it so far after almost 2 years, however I was able to get it for free as part of the price negotiations when I bought a new car. Best experience I have had was with GardX on a 2011 Evoque, after 3 years the water still beaded off the paintwork and it didn't need a lot of effort to clean the car. You may find that as the car is only 18 months old the previous owner had it treated anyway and the dealer is standing to rob you of £500 for just refreshing the finish with the top-up pack that comes with many of these "packs". Try a search in Amazon for the detergent and polishes and see how much they can be bought for on-line. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

No point in putting stuff like this on crap paintwork. These products can be bought for about £25, so huge profits for dealers, avoid...... Gone:
