Was it drowned in fresh or salt water? You may be able to gently dry it out if it was fresh water but it will take a while.

Never shut the bonnet after topping up washer bottle I just lowed it all the water come down the windscreen and went into engine bay around the battery so ECU got wet car starts ok just no drive with a dash full of flashing lights 61 AB 5.0 supercharged rocket
