Had the car serviced yesterday and also had the suspension arms changed and new (Powerflex) front ARB bushes fitted.

Car is no longer clonking, knocking or making those horrible squeaky noises as it drives along - so happy Minor ripples in the road, cobbles, ruts, potholes, speed ramps are now totally quiet as I pass over.

That sounds great. I'm working through various front end issues at the moment, and one thing I didn't think I'd need to worry about is ARBs as they were changed before I bought the car last March. But a squeak has developed which I am told is the ARBs . It has been suggested that liberal quantities of silicon lubricant may cure but if not perhaps I need to invest in Powerflex. Robin

Are you sure it's an RRS ? I thought the squeaks, rattles and clonking were factory standard 😃

I had it done at LRR in Charlton & they charge £60+VAT per hour. I was charged 4 hours in total for the arms, ARBs and front pads/sensor - time may depend on how much aggro involved in getting existing arms off & I'm sure others will advise on expected time for the separate jobs. 4W Tracking was £75+VAT and that's done by another place next door.
