Sat Nav Disc update for Eastern Europe?

Hi, After a quick search of the web I came up with no results. I'm looking for a new updated Sat Nav disc that covers Eastern Europe (Poland in particular). I cannot find one that covers Poland just countries in Western Europe.

I have a 2005 RRS HSE. Do Sat Nav discs exists for Poland?

From LR no doubt only the full DVD box set...

However, from Ebay try your luck, I'm sure even complete box sets are relatively cheap to come by now.
