Got a noise form driveshaft/gearbox/something else? when I am in 1st 2nd gear. Kind of horrible feeling as if waiting for the horrible clunk noise (is only way I can describe this noise, almost like I am running over something for a few metres - hope that makes sense ) to appear when moving slower in traffic.  RRS 2.7 HSE Stornoway Grey

Hi, just had the same with mine, exactly the same thing. I put a post on here and Disco Mikey suggested that it could well be the rear propshaft, had it done only yesterday and all seems fine now. When i saw it only half the rubber was connected to the fixing bracket hence it was knackered (i need to thank mikey for the spot on info)  2007, HSE, Cairnes Blue, Factory tints, Love it !!!

Hi again, i should of took a photo as a reference and to post on here but i didn't It's not to easy to do a full inspection without a ramp but when mine was up in the air it was easy to see. Cost wise i had a price of £720,00 for the prop plus fitting but the nice warranty coughed up (thank god) You need to have a good look at it to confirm this or rule it out but i believe it is a common fault on these, hope this helps  2007, HSE, Cairnes Blue, Factory tints, Love it !!!
