Tyre load rating?

Ok just looking at replacing my front 2 tyres, they are continental cross contact uhp 285/35/22 106w.

Was looking around and thinking of going with hangkook ventus as I had these on my Subaru and I rated them highly. Only thing is there load rating is 102w, would they still be suitable?

If you put a lower rating on & your in a accident & insurance check tyres it will be void,,when I got my RRS 2 & fitted my 22's I removed a nearly new set of pirellis which were 106 & fitted Conti's which are 110 as the rating on the RRS 2 is higher than the RRS 1
