Hi all, always use castrol magnatec a5 engine oil which is m2c913-b as per our cars. So took the car into work to change the oil and filter, drained the oil got the new oil which I'd got through Amazon as usual only it was different this was castrol magnatec a5 stop/ start which is specked for m2c913-c and d not b. According to Amazon this new oil has replaced the old, but how can it if it's not to the same spec ?
Long storey short oil spec as above but oil manufacturer ie castrol recommend m2c913-b so is this oil no good or what ? Any oil people on here who can shed some light on this ? 2008 G4 RRSport TDV8 current
