Usually something in the setup menu to add time & date, and speed stamp to the video file. Does the speed display if you use the Thinkware player software? If not, then could be your GPS not getting a fix... |

If you pull up the PC Viewer and click on settings then dashcam settings, go to far right system settings and in drop down menu, go to bottom just below time-zone and make sure speed stamp is enabled that could be your problem.

Sounds like the time zone is set to GMT but you need BST. |

My time zone is set to UTC+00.00 Edinburgh, London Etc. plus daylight saving enabled in same menu. Not to sure about the speed setting then, but mine does tell you when GPS locked on, is the green light flashing on illuminated continually?
