how often does the auto gearbox oil need changing

how often does the auto gearbox oil need changing, the car has done 123000 miles, i have just bought it so have no idea when if ever it has been changed, i did have an issue earlier today where every now and then when i went to kickdown it didnt drop down a gear the car just slowing accelerated. didnt do it all of the time

Officially every 10 years but do a search on here or Disco 3 website and its recommended to do it more often than that!

ZF recommend between 50-75k miles, or 7 years. More frequent for cars doing regular towing/off roading etc Thumbs Up
