Interior trim removal

Is there a guide on here, I'm looking at a grey tdv8 this weekend, only thing I don't like is the wood trim, is it easy to remove and replace, or remove and wrap?

Is it light or dark wood?

Regarding the centre console wood. You open the center box.

Then put a large flat blade screwdriver under the wood and gently pull up, supporting the wood.
Well it's about how I did it.
