Same as the 2.7. Definitely not a body off job.
Two bolts into the EGR valve, one bolt holding the pipe to the plastic and one funny clip holding the pipe to the inlet manifold.

Why do you need to change it? They don't really 'fail'. Bodsys Brake Bible

Looks like the bolts have sheared off and gasket has moved causing a sucking whistle noise.
