Adaptive Front Lighting Issue

Hi

Just looking for some help with the AFS on my 2006 4.2 S/C RRS. The right hand side light seems very low, i.e. it only lights up the road immediately in front of the car.

Any ideas please?

Thanks

Simon

It's becoming a common issue it seems. Basically you need a new headlight unit, sadly.

That's assuming you've just started with the problem. If you've just bought it then it might just need adjusting using two adjustment screws on the rear (accessed from the top). 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

It might help - or it might lead you up the same garden path I'm following - but search for this topic on this forum.

Gents - thanks for your help. The car is new to me, so I think I'll try the adjustment route first. S
