Hello, New to the forum and have a question...

Hi,

I'll be picking up my RRS in a couple of weeks, 2011 HSE. I've been reading up on some of the posts regarding 22" wheels and their cons and am still undecided as to whether it's a good move or to stick to the 20's on it...

I won't be off roading, the car is purely to act as the family wagon.

I certainly don't want to compromise safety for the sake of aesthetics.

Any views would be welcome.

Thanks

2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

Welcome to the forum Dave.
My personal view :- Keep the original 20's, the ride is great on them, there is a large selection of replacements and the higher sidewall helps protect against kerbing. The car was designed to run on them too so the suspension is calibrated/ tuned to work on them as the biggest too, also you can go DOWN to smaller easily for an even plusher ride/ higher sidewall and even M&S winter tyres if you want to use for the winter or the odd foray across the local fields................ Why have a 4x4 and not try out it's capabilities after all............... You never know you might even enjoy a spot of greenlaning 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
