Ride height issue?

Hi all - quick question. I've been having ride issues with my sport for a few months now. Everything checked (apparently), nothing wrong. While reading through here I saw a few posts on ride height so thought I would check mine.

Both fronts and passenger side rear measure approx 46cm from centre of wheel cap to wheel arch.
Driver side rear measures 48.

Interestingly, when I stop the car it's always that rear which hisses and lowers. Equally, there is a hiss from that rear every 10 seconds or so when engine is on.

Is it possible the rear drivers side is incorrectly calibrated and the car is trying to keep it at an uncomfortable height? Equally, could that sort of difference be a potential source of the ride issues I have had?

Thanks,
Steve 2010 TDV8
