Parking Sensors

The parking sensors on my 2.7V6 seem overly sensitive and often give a couple of chirps when a bus or artic passes by in the opposite lane. Yesterday, when about to pull out of the parking bay at the motorway services, a big fat woman waddled across the front of the car the sounders started beeping like the clappers.

Fortunately, she didn't get what was going on and embarrassment was avoided. I've now christened my RRS "Christine".

Sounds like you have the updated parking sensor ecu, where the fronts are always on.

Mine go off above 10MPH
