On the scale of things it's nothing, but it bugs me. Why are LR unable to decide a consistent approach to the illumination of rear DLRs across the range and indeed the same vehicle on different model years???

My 16 and 16.5MY both had/have rear illuminated LEDs at all times and I think they look really nice and finish the back off nicely, even during the day. However, I see various other L494s and they aren't illuminated! Is it a dealer enabled option or does it just change with model years?

Saw a new Evoque today and they aren't lit so it isn't consistent at all!

Are yours lit or unlit??

2014 - 2015MY Evoques had illuminated rear DRL's but for some reason with 2016MY they are no longer illuminated. Over on BabyRR we complained bitterly to LR that too many people were driving around on front DRL's not realising that they had not set their headlights to the Auto position and it was downright dangerous in heavy rain/ darkness. Another anomaly we found was that if you were driving in fog with the Auto on setting selected your lights wouldn't come on automatically because it was still too light so having rear DRL's made sense in fog too!

My 2015MY L494 has rear DRL's as well. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
