Climate control panel dead

Hi I'm new to this forum stuff please help i have a 2005 rrs hse and the climate control panels is totally dead no life at all also I've noticed the out side temperature on the dashboard is not working either I've put a new top notch battery on her and checked all the fuses and still no joy please help
