Hi! New to the forum!
Just bought a 2010 RRS TDV8 HSE (Buckingham Blue with Ivory on 30k miles). It's awesome! It's my first 4x4 and I'm delighted with it so far. One small issue just came up this morning though. After particularly heavy rain last night, the front windows sound louder than normal going up. They're fine going down but sound more noisy going up (like the motor is straining). It's the same on both sides.
Is this a common fault and does anyone have any tips?

Not a common fault as far as I'm aware.
I've had similar problems with other cars in the past.
With the window wound fully down, squirt some silicone spray into the rubber reveals around the opening. It works a treat.

Thanks Cotty! I'll give that a go. I suppose it's a good thing it's not a common fault - hopefully just a minor issue, easily fixed!
