Hi guy's, just wondering if you could help me?
I can not get the two large plastic pipes off, I know how these couplings work, as the smaller plastic pipe came out straight away, the larger two seem to be stuck solid, despite large amounts of penetrating fluid. In Fact one of them seems to have split, the top has come away from the body.
Is there any other way to get them off, without cutting the pipe, and if I do that, whats happens to the push connector?. Just had a bath and thought about it again. What if i cut the pipes as far away from the compressor as i can, service the compressor, and then refit, using pipe connectors. Sounds like a plan,, the pushfit couplings are quite cheap on " the bay" 2010 RRS, TDV8
