I received an email today purporting to be from a debt collecting agency on behalf of Hobson Industries Ltd with an embedded link, my full name and full address. I didn't click the link but instead called Hobson Industries Ltd direct to ask them what this was about as I've never done any business with them. Their immediate response was to tell me that they've had many calls on this matter and that it is a scam and they don't know where it's come from, to delete the email and also any subsequent emails from the same source which will apparently come in a further 10 days reminding me to pay up.

If anyone has any information then please pass it on.

Also DON"T open any attachment that might be on it as it is 99% certain it is one of the ransome viruses according to the warnings received from my employer's iT department today about exactly the same Debt Collector company 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
