2006 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Siberian Silver
Hello all. What do i get!

Hey all nice to meet you to meet you nice!
I am looking to buy my first sport at the end of the summer (i know a while away i like to have time to browse!)

My questions (as im sure you have been asked many a time before!)
What one should i get? In reality i am looking at 2005 model in my price range (plus the tax being cheaper) but do i get a tdv6 or v8 supercharged? The s/c seam to be cheaper with less miles on than the diesels so i like the idea of having less miles on and for some strange reason cheaper for me to insure. Anyway all this is fine but are there any major faults to look out for on the s/c? Or the tdv6 2.7 for that matter incase i come along one at the right price?
Not bothered about the mpg, cant really buy a range rover and be botherd by the mpg haha

Thanks all!!!

Welcome - Petrol Supercharged all day long at that age - the lower the mileage the better - The Supercharged comes with added extras to the HSE diesel ( unless you find a high specced factory ordered version ). Both versions share suspension & other components & therefore have the same problems. Good luck on your choice - use the search function on the top banner to help with your questions. If you find one post a link on here - pictures can tell a story Laughing 16MY Estoril Blue SVR.............

2005 Java Black - 4.2 V8 Supercharged First Edition- will never be forgotten ;(

I would definitely get the petrol at that age, too. Try to hold out for one that appears to have been loved, for example, all the paperwork kept. I would value that much higher than any modifications that may catch your eye - else it could be all fur coat and no knickers. L405 P400e Autobiography (MY2020)... Silicon Silver / Espresso
RRS TDV6 HSE Lux (MY2011)... Nara Bronze / Arabica - now gone!
