"Blank" NAV screen help please (L320 2012 TDV6)

Hi Gang,

Very odd problem on my mate’s 2012 Sport

The GPS screen simply stopped working and the screen stays blank.

The only visible fault on the SDD (LR’s workshop tool) is an aerial default but everything seems in order.

After plugin it into the diagnostic tool, the nav system seems to be set up to “Korea/ROW” spec.

The Sport is a Belgian spec one located in France.

He has taken the Nav system out to check if a cable was worn out, nothing visible, but it appears the unit had been taken off already, as one screw was over tighten and split a plastic surrounding it.

Has anyone ever experience this – and how did you fix it please?

It may not have anything to do but the Sport had just been set up to have DRL, but again, the nav had been taken off before

Thanks in advance for him Wink

The said fault is B119F-13

Found this online :
B119F13 "GPS Antenna - General Electrical Faiures - Circuit Open".

but then one owner in sweeden mentioned the same trouble was not cured by the replacement of the ECU, but eventually found the trouble : a plug had not been completly clipped in from factory (located under the seat and carpet...

hope this helps Wink
