That's a cracking price, thirty odd quid a corner less than I paid. My experience after about 1k miles is that they are quieter than the Contis I had on before and they seemed assured on the recent snow we had up here, although I'm not sure if they are just summer tyres. I'd say go for it at that price, plus you will be giving the local indie fitter some business rather than one of the chains. |

I have my winter/offroad tyres on at the moment - Cooper Zeon. They are pretty noisy and net very smooth. I am looking for a tyre that gives the proper smooth range rover ride.

I've only had the Contis to compare and the Grabbers seem quieter than these. If you're buying the 45's (mine are 40's) then these may also improve the ride judging by some of the comments on another thread on this topic on this forum. |

If you want a very quite, pure summer only tyre try the Michelin Latitude Sport 3. I found them excellent in my own personal opinion.

I've had my Grabber GT's on for a year now and I'm still pleased with their performance. Unlike the previous Contis, they still have plenty of tread on the shoulders and are really grippy. The only time they understeer is when cornering in the wet when err..."pushing on" a bit |
