I'd be very surprised if the poly bushes were causing this. it sounds like they are trying to get out of fixing it to me.

Do you have the print out from the alignment check? No print out, no alignment check. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders

most main dealers are all scum bags, may I ask what franchise this is? I would advise going to LR directly and see what they can do.... currently having an issue with Shatstones and now the franchise director from LR has got involved as their service and attitude is embarrassing |

I've got poly bushes in the front of mine and they do make the ride noticeably harder. It's not harsh, but certainly not as soft as with OEM.
