Oil/fluid leak, rear n/s, around suspension 2012 RRS ,25k??

Guys

I was removing the rear n/s wheel this morning and on inspection I noticed an oil leak which had spread around suspension parts. It was fresh looking oil. It didn't appear to be brake fluid but with the spread it perhaps could be? Brakes feel normal, in fact nothing appears out of order driving the car at all.

I dried it all off so will look again to see if I can see after a run, but was wondering if anyone can give me pointers as to what it might be maybe?

The left of the photo is actually the top

There shouldnt be anything able to drip onto that, other than residual water, or brake fluid.

Does the brake pedal feel firm, and hard under constant pressure?

Mike
Yes pedal feels fine under normal driving conditions, but will keep constant pressure on it later and see if it drops. It was dry today so no water residue/ spray.

Around suspension unit seems dry too.

Will report back later.

It appears, although only slight, that the brake pedal does slowly depress with constant pressure. Looks like fluid leak. Will look tomorrow and see where! 2015 RRS AB SDV6, Fuji White, Ivory
