Knocking noise

When I drive up to 10mph and go over uneven surface I get a knocking noise coming from the front
I also get same noise at same speed if I stab at the brakes
Any help would be appreciated

Noise on uneven road is often ARB bushes, noise when braking often lower arm bushes but you won't know for sure until some one gets underneath it, got a knock myself that needs looking at. Nanocom Evo

Will be front lower arm rear bushes, most people say just change the whole arm complete , one I've done I've change just the bushes. The jibes the same in as much you need to remove the arm which normally means cutting through the rear bolt unless your very lucky then replace the arm or bush. If I'm using the same arm I mark up the bolts which have offset cambers then when I refit the arms, alone the bolts in the same place, saves having to get a 4 wheel alinement done. Never had any problems with tyre wearing off or pulling etc.. 2008 G4 RRSport TDV8 current

Bought some of those but compared them with the LR part and decided not to fit them. You decide. 2008 MY Java Black TDV8 HSE

Result, found genuine front ARB bushes, new brackets and all replacement Bolts on eBay for £70 plus delivery from Hunters main dealers in York, called to ask them if they could get them to me for the weekend as they are 30 miles away and wanted to make sure the post would get them here. Parts guy takes address and says one of our technicians lives near there I'll ask if he'll drop them off for you on way home which he did, spot on service and great price. Nanocom Evo
