I have both of my key fobs in Faraday bags solely to stop my car being stolen. Your key fob is constantly giving out a signal trying to look for your car and so with the code intercepted and copied, they can simply drive off in your vehicle.

I found the Faraday bag far more convenient than carrying around a metal biscuit tin or microwave!!!
