Please help, hose has split can anyone tell me the name of the hose or part number so I can buy replacement, is it the intercooler pipe? Is it worth getting a silicone replacement? Any retail suggestions welcome, many thanks

i have just bought a new pipe and jubilee clips from douglas motors in wolston for �49.50

they do also sell the silicone pipes, but i dont know how much better they are.

for a temporary fix, i glued the split and put some very heavy duty duct tape over it. - it increased the power and lag dramatically and works for about a week.

i would recommend changing the pipe as soon as you can though.
