Steering UJ - where to buy

Had the typical heavy, notchy steering, used the guide on hear and coated the UJ in penetrating oil which has pretty much solved the issue. The UJ itself looked rather rusty so I want to replace it for new to prevent a recurrence soon enough, where is best to buy (I'd rather put the money in a traders pocket than a LR dealer)

Is this suitable for a 10 plate TDV6? Does it come with the shaft?
