The door handle skins and lower door mouldings/skirts are going in to be painted Monday, and aim on removing them tomorrow

I've had a go at removing one of the main door handle skins (as video below) with no problems, but not sure how the smaller part to each handle comes off? Any ideas??

Also need to remove the six lower door mouldings, but haven't attempted these yet, any advice on removing these?

I have tried twice now on two different Sports to remove the Small end caps, and I failed, I ended up breaking the clips. On my first sport, I bought a set of LR Colour coded handles, and on my current Sport I bought a set of Colour coded skins.
