Radio problems, stuck on am & unable to

Having problems with the radio in my 2011 RRS

Can't get any sound, stuck on the screen in the pic below, non off the on screen buttons do anything! 😞

Can anyone help??

Hi,

1. Can you change settings using the right hand knob below the screen?
2. Can you change the settings using the left hand control on the steering wheel?
3. Can you change settings using voice control?

I'd try the above to see if it's the screen or an audio system issue.

I'm sure someone with a better idea will be along shortly - but my 10p worth.

I would be tempted to do a reset,,,, disconnect your battery leads and hold the leads together whilst disconnected, give it 30 secs then reconnect leads to battery. It might clear any software issues present. 2010 RRS, TDV8
bali Blue / colour coded
side steps / flappy paddles
black perforated leather
22" overfinch
heated everything, TV,fridge ...... now with gold calipers and mud flaps !( black mud flaps that is) !!
