I had a Warranty Direct policy a few years back that did cover repairs on my S type (new rad) without quibble. MY2016 HSE D SDV6 - gone due to fuel dilution problems.

See my bit of this post:

...regarding The Autogroup.
15 months on I have just renewed with them for a further two years on their top level Ultimate cover for a total of £500 with unlimited claims and a £5000 per claim limit.
Yes, it's not as good as LR and there are some exclusions. But quite a bit is included. At the moment, even with the cost of the original warranty and the extension just agreed, I am still quids in with the work that has been done to my RRS over the last 16 months. So this extension has sort of cost me nothing. Thumbs Up
And I've got some piece of mind for another 23 months.
With my bank giving me Green Flag full breakdown cover as part of my bank account package I'm quite well placed I think.
It's horses for courses of course and you should read the small print thoroughly so that you know what your getting ( and what you're not). Robin
