I don't know about Heated Wheel 1&2, but based on the two sports I have had with a "Heated Steering Wheel" I think to use the term Heated is almost in Contravention of The Trade Descriptions Act.

Agree with above. Mine also heats up quickly and efficiently. Of all the overpriced extras specced on my car, this is one of the few that I would order again on a new car. Unlike those that live in the South of Englandshire, I have been using this since the day I picked the car up in mid-August this Year!!!
