Has anyone fitted one of these to a MY 15 RR Sport, and if so how easy is it to access the OBD port.

Looks like a neat little device, but there are much cheaper ways of disabling your OBD port |

It's covered elsewhere on the forum i think, but involves cutting the data line to your OBD port and putting a small switch in a hidden place. Pins 7 & 15 spring to mind You can also put a switch on pin 16 (battery +ve) but a clever scrote will more than likely have a device with it's own supply!

If you block access to the ODB port they need only find another bit of CANBUS to use instead...

Not needed after the KVM security upgrade. The OBD is not very useful to them. |
