Off road height with towing electrics

Had 13pin towing electrics fitted. Now when I select low range in one of the TR settings it does not automatically rise - it needs to be done manually following a screen prompt. No trailer attached.
Is this normal? Visitor from fullfatrr.com

Generally if you choose I think it is "Mud Ruts" it will not rise, but prompt you place raise the suspension. This is irrespective of anything fitted / not fitted to the car.

OK, I don't remeber that before electrics fitted. The prompt says "Trailer attached, offorad height not automatic" or something like that........no probs anyway, just hit the "up" button Thumbs Up
