2010MY TDV8 Autobigraphy rear bumper conversion

Hello, im the new guy on here and wondered if anyone has retrofitted a AB rear bumper and exhaust trims to a non AB vehicle?

It is a 2010 TDV8 HSE with a AB front bumper and bits from new but no rear bumper so want to make it look unifom.

Anyone done the conversion and know what is involved please and best place for parts?
