Evil or Very Mad new 64gb MiniSD card doesn't work, bought a Toshiba Exceria SDXC class 10 with a 90mbs write speed and it just says there is an error

Nothing on the thinkware site to saying anything about what class, or anything else other than 64gb is the max, emailed them, got a reply to say they had read it in korean or something

so otheer thank trial and error, how do you find out what card does what Idea

Very odd that it sits there with an error, should at least record something!
Could be that your card needs formatting, or it's goosed straight from the box Sad

On the Blackvue site, there was info about cards that they had tested in a top 10 list from what I remember. Although getting smooth video requires an SD card whose clock speed is matched with whatever device it's in, yours should at least be readable! Can you read it ok in your Mac / PC? If not, then back to the shop... oh and beware fakes on eBay, I always use other online retailers now for memory etc.

i've tried straight out the box, , tried formatting it, with exfat setting at 128kbs as i found that on the internet.

when you pop it in the thinkware f750 it just says memory card error, restarting, when you give up and put the thinktank card it came with in, it plays a tune and works

very odd, they like some and not others, the card i got was a good review for tech like 4k cameras and such like

Hmm, defo sounds like a format problem. Best way would be to format on the F750 itself or with the PC Viewer software...

All options here:

FAT32 or NTFS? Maybe even HFS+ if you have a Mac, but unlikely!

Ok, so must be the class of card you are using, we've exhausted all other possibilities!
All my working cards are SDHC, not the higher capacity capable SDXC. Blackvue card has no markings apart from 16Gb and micro SD, so assume it's an SDHC too...

tried various options, so now copying all data from the thinkware card on to the new Toshiba card to see if having data on the card it knows makes a difference

EDIT: THAT DIDNT MAKE A DIFFERENCE - think i'll just stay at 32gb and use the 64gb in the gopro
