All depends on the situation. In a controlled area (like a snow slope), 4WD is of less benefit alone, but in the real world, throw in a bit of mud, variable snow coverage or even worse, uneven ground, and the 4WD will start to take effect more, being able to take greater advantage of the grip available. The RRS's also a long way from the Ford Kuga!

Back in winter 2010 I had a MY10 RRS on summer tyres and swmbo had a 07 FL1 on all season - we went everywhere in hers while the RRS sat in garage
