Drive Train Shunt - 2010 TDV8

My 2010 TDV8 (26,000km on the clock) has gone back to the dealer (been there 2 weeks this time - no news yet) to get the drive train shunt fixed. They have replaced the rear differential twice under warranty and this has not fixed the problem. The last time it went in it was sent to the local ZF transmission specialist and they diagnosed low voltage to the transmission causing high line pressure all the time. No fault codes are evident however during normal interigation.

The systems are harsh shifts at low throttle openings and drive train shunt when the vehicle is coming to a halt (or low speed) at trafiic lights or turning a corner and the throttle is reapplied.

Has anybody else had transmission problems like this and is it a body off chassis job to change out mechantronic components.

The mechatronic valves are at the bottom of the gearbox. The gearbox is removable without taking the body off as far as I know. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed
