Defaulting to snow option

Hi, yesterday I was sitting in a car park with the engine off & fiddled with the transmission settings & now, a couple of times on start up the RRS has selected snow/ice mode itself. Is this a known fault Question

if you leave it in snow and ice, it will keep that setting for 6 hours before defaulting back to normal

if you are having this issue and its in normal and then days later starting in snow and ice then it could be the selector that faulty

I had similar on my car and they replaced the dial that i selected the TR setting on to cure it

For some of these faults disconnecting the battery and leaving disconnected for 10 minutes often clears the issue. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW

Many thanks both. I will see what happens later and do the battery thing if still reverting to snow/ice Thumbs Up
